有民眾反映，下載清掃手機空間軟體，標榜前3個月免付費，但沒想到使用幾天後刪除，也取消訂月，卻還就收到繳年費5800元通知，讓民眾很傻眼，詢問開發商寄了20幾封信，也都沒有回應，對此台灣Google說明，可以透過系統申請，符合規定會給予退款，後續會持續追蹤案件，3C達人則提醒，下載付費制APP不只刪除，最好要觀察留...
