Passengers on the No. 7 train traveling to Manhattan were led into a rescue train and back to the Vernon Blvd-Jackson Ave. station in Long Island City after the FDNY received a call about fire in the tunnel around 5:30 p.m., Deputy Chief Francis McCarthy said.
