Today I learned that the FBI has an 83-page guide to internet speak - The Verge

The FBI’s 83-page list of internet slang is supposed to explain what the kids say online. Revealed by a Freedom of Information Act request in 2014, it goes from LOL to indecipherable gibberish in record time.
