（中央社台北16日電）中國嚴控境外詐騙簡訊，江西、河北、河南及浙江等多個省分陸續通知用戶，關閉國際及港澳台簡訊、語音接聽功能，需要使用功能的用戶則需申請開通，是否有更多省分跟進受矚。
