据俄媒报道，微软日前突然封杀了俄罗斯用户，从俄境内访问微软官网的系统下载页面会显示404错误，Windows10及Windows11系统无法下载。报道称，当俄罗斯境内的用户下载官方的Windows11镜像时，站点会显示消息“您的请求存在问题”，当尝试下载用于安装Windows10或者Windows11的工具时，该站点会转到一个空白页面并显示“404-找不到文件或目录”。
